The Foot Stretch Pack is more than just a foot stretcher; it’s a bag full of goodies to help your dancer, gymnast, cheerleader or ballerina achieve the lines they desire.

The heel socket maintains the user’s foot in the winged alignment without unnecessary pressure of having the foot on the ground.

The handle gives the user the ability to carry their lines into other positions.

Foot flexibility is important but in order to maintain the alignment for extended steps you will also need to strengthen them.  It’s always important to work with your teachers and physiotherapists to achieve your goals and maintain safety at all times.
