The Ballet Ball by En Pointe Orthotics is perfect for dancers of all levels.

Used for a large range of exercises to stretch and strengthen the entire body, including exercises for core stability.

The EPO Ballet Ball inflates and deflates quickly and will fit in your dance back for quick convenience whenever you need it.
There is a straw enclosed with product for you to inflate the ball.

Suggested Uses

• Working the intrinsic muscles of the foot to improve pointe
• Squeeze between the knees to engage adductors during sore work
• Squeeze between the ankles during releve
• Improve balance by standing on one leg and throwing the ball up and down or from one hand to another
