Gaynor Minden Adhesive Sockliners are insoles for your pointe shoes. The solution for shallow feet, to lift the foot up in the shoe and prevent sinking. The are also great for feet that are in between pointe shoe sizes or two different sized feet, simply place the insole in the shoe for the smaller foot for a snugger fit.

The Sockliners come in one size and can be trimmed to the correct length before placing in your shoe. For easy application, peel off the front part of the adhesive backing and place the front of the sockliner in your shoe. Continue peeling and pressing the sockliner in place as you move towards the back of the shoe.
