These patented Dynamic Box Liners by Gaynor Minden hug the top and sides of the foot to keep it in place. By preventing the foot from sliding down into the box, they keep pressure off the big toe.
This can also assist to fill out the pointe shoe box if 1 foot is slightly smaller or you need make pointe shoes fit to the quarter size.
